Overview

Over the last 5 years, we have earned our credible reputation for addressing many of the root causes of common conditions modern women are experiencing. Our treatments were designed from comprehensive training, extensive research, insights derived from hundreds of case studies, and the integration of valuable feedback from the women we have had the privilege to care for. We use exclusive non-invasive bodywork techniques inspired by an ancient women's medicine system, carefully enhanced and refined for a modern approach.

Symptoms

We present a new perspective, proposing that many bodily symptoms are like switches that can be turned on or off. These switches are commonly referred to as conditions or symptoms in modern healthcare. The names given to these switches describe how certain built-in mechanisms reveal themselves. These mechanisms are often passed down through DNA (genetic code) and cell memory (cells holding memories of past experiences or traumas).

The activation of these switches is influenced by various root causes, often happening together. These root causes, along with lifestyle choices, traumatic life events, and how the body is used, play a role in the appearance of symptoms. Addressing these root causes can often turn off the switch.

It is important to note that our approach aims to turn off these switches instead of getting rid of them completely, as these switches are like the body's natural language. While we focus on turning off these switches with our interventions, we recognize that they are always there in the body.

Root Causes

Misaligned Abdominal Organs

Organs can become misaligned due to the natural flexibility of tissues in the body. When we move, tissues, including abdominal organs, have the capacity to expand, contract, twist, and turn. Over time, this flexibility increases the likelihood of misalignment. When an organ becomes misaligned, it can lead to compromised blood, lymph, nerve, and energetic flow, gradual accumulation of toxins, a decrease in nutrient supply to the organ tissue, and a decline in organ efficiency over time. The manifestation of this process, also known as a "condition" or "symptom," varies for each individual.

Constricted Muscle Tissue & Fascia

When muscles and fascia tighten due to prolonged overuse and wear, the muscle fibers contract, reducing their length and creating compression around the blood, lymph, nerve, and energetic systems. This compression can lead to the accumulation of toxins, a decrease in nutrient supply to the muscle tissue, compromised muscle efficiency, and reduced range of motion over time.

Dense Scar Tissue

Scar tissue, whether resulting from injury or surgery, has the potential to continue forming for an extended period, often spanning years. As time progresses, dense collagen fibers may develop, forming adhesions between adjacent tissues and surrounding structures. This can potentially cause misalignments and disruptions in the body's structural integrity.

Insufficient Blood Volume

While red blood cell count is commonly discussed in modern healthcare, the significance of blood volume is often overlooked. Insufficient blood volume can impede the proper functioning of the body. Our Sisa Apothecary products, inspired by time-honored formulations, provide the essential nutrients necessary for the body to generate nutrient-rich blood. Insufficient blood volume can result in decreased blood pressure, reduced oxygen delivery to the tissues, impaired transportation of nutrients to the organs, increased heart rate, and cold hands & feet.

Acidic Blood pH

For optimal health, it is recommended that the blood pH be slightly alkaline, falling within the range of 7.35 to 7.45. The body carefully regulates pH levels, as deviations from this narrow range can impact enzyme activity, cellular function, and overall physiological processes. This balance is crucial for supporting various organ functions and ensuring the proper functioning of biochemical reactions within the body.

Energetic Blockages

Ancient indigenous cultures often emphasize the significance of the body's energetic system, which includes various elements. The aura, recognized as an energy field enveloping and radiating from a living being, is a crucial component. Additionally, there are pathways that facilitate the flow of vital energy throughout the body, connecting various organs and energy centers. Energetic blockages in this system can lead to persistent chronic symptoms, such as unexplained pain, escalating symptoms, emotional stagnation, fatigue, sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating, repeated injuries, or recurring life events.
