What happens during a typical treatment session? Our treatments focus on external applications and are entirely non-invasive. Once symptoms are assessed and the energy bodywork is applied, the hands-on portion targets specific areas such as the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, abdomen, pectoral area, and glutes (if needed). We employ unique and gentle hands-on bodywork techniques, ensuring meticulous care and effectiveness. Each session lasts for 2 hours, following a step-by-step approach to provide the highest level of care.

How quickly can I get results? How many treatments will I need? The number of treatments needed for results is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on various factors. We strive to be honest and upfront with each client when assessing the timeline for experiencing results. Most women notice positive results after completing their program, which includes 3 sessions.
-
How frequently do clients typically schedule treatments once they have completed their program? The frequency of treatments after completing a personalized program varies for each client. Most clients experience significant improvements in their health between 8-12 sessions. To sustain these results, we recommend monthly sessions until the 8th session is completed or maintenance mode is reached. Once maintenance mode is achieved, treatments have the possibility of being spaced out to every 5-8 weeks but this depends on your personalized treatment plan. In the case of accidents, injuries, or traumatic life events, clients may require more frequent sessions. For returning clients with a gap exceeding 12 weeks between sessions, additional bodywork beyond the standard 2 hours may be necessary for optimal results.
-
What is the sensation during a treatment and is there any pain involved? As you move through your personalized program, each session becomes more comfortable, with results that validate the process. While we prioritize gentle administration, it's crucial to recognize that the Initial Consultation (Session 1) may induce physical discomfort for some, depending on their initial condition. Clients are encouraged to request adjustments to their comfort level during treatments. The areas undergoing more focused work may feel more sensitive, while those with milder symptoms will be more tolerable.
-
Are these treatments for everyone? While we do our best to help everyone in need, there are times when these treatments cannot be administered and require clients to have a certain level of health. This determination is made on a case-by-case basis and is something we address during our complimentary 15-Minute Consultation Call.

I no longer have a uterus. Do I still need these treatments? Our treatments address all abdominal organs as well as scar tissue growth from surgery. There are many benefits from our treatments no matter what body modifications you have had.
-
What does it mean when you say 'abdominal organs can become misaligned'?Organs can become misaligned due to the natural flexibility of tissues in the body. When we move, tissues, including abdominal organs, have the capacity to expand, contract, twist, and turn. Over time, this flexibility increases the likelihood of misalignment.
-
How do I know if my abdominal organs are out of place? The uterus and stomach are two organs in a woman's body that have a higher chance of becoming misaligned due to their flexible and elastic tissues. Women with a misaligned uterus may experience symptoms such as menstruation cramps, prolonged menstruations, menopausal symptoms, fatigue, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, urinary incontinence, poor sleep, and brain fog. Similarly, common symptoms of a misaligned stomach include abdominal bloating, acid reflux, heartburn, changes in bowel habits, and abdominal gas. It's important to note that because the uterus is located in the same region as the small intestine and colon, these symptoms can often overlap.
-
How long is a typical session? Each session in our treatment programs includes three treatments and lasts between 2 hours and 2 hours 15 minutes, depending on the work needed. After completing the program, subsequent sessions are 2 hours each. Our longer session times ensure optimal results and deliver an enhanced personalized experience. In instances where a returning client needs to leave a 2-hour session early, we make every effort to focus on the most important work within a 1-hour and 45-minute timeframe.
-
What increases the risk of abdominal organ misalignment in women?Women's pelvic anatomy can influence organ position and potentially contribute to issues like pelvic organ prolapse. Hormonal fluctuations, such as those that occur during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause, can affect the connective tissues, including the ligaments that support the abdominal organs. The process of pregnancy and childbirth can put strain on the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, potentially impacting the position of abdominal organs. Engaging in activities like sports, running, heavy weightlifting, horseback riding, gymnastics, kickboxing, as well as experiencing events like car accidents, falls, and injuries can also increase the risk for women.
-
How do you determine the correct position for abdominal organs? In essence, we do not dictate the precise location of abdominal organs. The body inherently knows the correct placement. While we have a general understanding of each organ's proper alignment, our treatments enhances body pliability facilitating natural realignment.
-
What is muscle reshaping? When we refer to 'muscle reshaping,' we imply that the muscle tissue undergoes lengthening and cleansing through a series of exclusive non-invasive bodywork techniques. As the muscle tissue repairs and rebuilds, individuals typically experience an increased range of motion, improved tissue pliability, and enhanced blood, lymph, nerve and energetic flow to the tissue.
-
What is scar tissue remodeling?Scar tissue remodeling involves lengthening and increasing the pliability of collagen fibers within the scar tissue, while also breaking down excess collagen. We believe that remodeling scar tissue, whether from surgery or natural formation, is crucial to maintaining proper body alignment and ensuring optimal functionality.
-
What is an energetic blockage? How do I know if I have one?An energetic blockage occurs when the flow of energy in the body's energetic system is disrupted, potentially contributing to unwanted chronic symptoms. In various ancient medicine systems, maintaining an optimal energy flow is considered crucial for overall well-being. Symptoms of energetic blockages may include unexplained pain, emotional stagnation, chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating, repeated injuries to the same area, or recurring cyclical life events.

What is fascia?Fascia is a connective tissue that is interwoven between and around muscles. It forms a three-dimensional, continuous web throughout the body, providing support and structure to muscles, organs, and other tissues. Fascia plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the musculoskeletal system. It helps transmit forces between muscles, provides a supportive framework, and allows for smooth and coordinated movement.
